AKYNZEO is a prescription medication designed to prevent nausea and vomiting associated with cancer chemotherapy. It is a combination of netupitant or its prodrug fosnetupitant, which targets the substance P/neurokinin-1 (NK-1) receptors, and palonosetron, a serotonin-3 (5-HT3) receptor antagonist.
