Cetrimide Antiseptic Cream

Cetrimide Antiseptic Cream is a mild, effective solution for treating minor burns, scalds, wounds, cuts, grazes, and abrasions. This cream contains 0.5% w/w of cetrimide, a quaternary ammonium cationic disinfectant that has bactericidal activity against gram-positive and some gram-negative organisms. It is suitable for use on adults, children, and the elderly.

For external use only, apply the cream directly to the affected area. Avoid contact with eyes and body cavities. If you get the cream in your eye, wash with a large quantity of running water. If you swallow the product, seek medical attention immediately.

Cetrimide Antiseptic Cream also includes other ingredients like cetostearyl alcohol, liquid paraffin, methyl (E218), ethyl (E214), propyl (E216), iso-butyl, and n-butyl hydroxybenzoates, which may cause local skin reactions or allergic reactions in some individuals.

Store the cream below 25°C and keep it out of the reach and sight of children. Do not use the cream after the expiry date indicated on the pack. If you experience any skin irritation or sensitization, discontinue use and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
