Neurofenac

Neurofenac Plus is a prescription medication designed to alleviate moderate to severe pain associated with neuritis and neuralgia. Each enteric-coated tablet contains 50 mg of diclofenac sodium, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), along with 50 mg of thiamine nitrate, 50 mg of pyridoxol HCl (Vitamin B6), and 1 mg of vitamin B12. This combination helps in providing comprehensive relief from pain.

Neurofenac Plus interacts with various medications, including levodopa, phenobarbital, phenytoin, cycloserine, hydralazine, penicillamine, cyclosporin, and others. It is contraindicated in patients with polycythemia vera, early stages of Leber’s disease, gastroduodenal/peptic ulcer, and those who experience bronchial asthma, urticaria, or rhinitis triggered by aspirin or its derivatives.
