Minipress: Effective Treatment for High Blood Pressure and Prostate Issues
Minipress contains the active ingredient prazosin, which is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in men. It also helps manage Raynaud’s disease, a condition where fingers become white and painful when cold, and certain types of heart failure.
How It Works:
Minipress belongs to a family of medicines called alpha blockers. These medications work by relaxing muscles in the walls of blood vessels, reducing resistance to blood flow. This helps lower blood pressure and improve urine flow by relaxing muscles in the prostate gland.
