Abriva Plus (Sofosbuvir 400mg + Velpatasvir 100mg) Tablet

Abriva Plus is a prescription medication used to treat adults with chronic hepatitis C (Hep C) genotype 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 infection. It is also used in patients with cirrhosis, including those with advanced cirrhosis, when combined with Ribavirin.

This tablet is composed of Sofosbuvir (400mg) and Velpatasvir (100mg). Sofosbuvir works by inhibiting the NS5B protein of the hepatitis C virus, while Velpatasvir targets the NS5A protein, helping to eliminate the virus from the body.

Abriva Plus is particularly effective for patients with chronic hepatitis C who have not responded to other treatments. It is often prescribed for those with genotype 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 infections, including those with or without cirrhosis.
