• Duration: The treatment duration can range from 8 to 30 days for neurocysticercosis and typically involves a 28-day cycle followed by a 14-day break for cystic hydatid disease.
• Administration: Albendazole tablets should be taken with food. If the tablet cannot be swallowed whole, it can be crushed or chewed and swallowed with a full glass of water.
