Albendazole 200mg tablets are a broad-spectrum anthelmintic medication used to treat various parasitic infections. Each tablet contains 200mg of albendazole, a synthetic compound that belongs to the benzimidazole class. This medication is effective in treating conditions such as parenchymal neurocysticercosis caused by the larval forms of the pork tapeworm, Taenia solium, and cystic hydatid disease of the liver, lung, and peritoneum caused by the larval form of the dog tapeworm, Echinococcus granulosus.

• Inactive Ingredients: Each tablet contains carnauba wax, colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, povidone, and sodium starch glycolate.
