Forms and Ingredients

The tablets contain 5 mg of desloratadine, while the RediTabs are a fast-dissolving tablet that also contains 5 mg of desloratadine. The oral solution contains 0.5 mg of desloratadine per milliliter. The inactive ingredients in the tablets include dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch, talc, carnauba wax, and white wax. The oral solution contains propylene glycol, sorbitol solution, citric acid, sodium citrate dihydrate, sodium benzoate, disodium edetate, purified water, granulated sugar, natural and artificial flavor for bubble gum, and FDC Yellow #6 dye.
