Dosage:
- Initial Dose: For patients currently on pioglitazone monotherapy or glimepiride monotherapy, the initial dose is 15 mg/2 mg once daily.
- Maximum Daily Dose: The maximum daily dose is 45 mg/8 mg.
- Switching Therapy: For patients switching from separate tablets of pioglitazone and glimepiride, the initial dose is also 15 mg/2 mg once daily.
Administration:
Take with Food: Zoliget should be taken with the first main meal of the day.
Storage:
- Temperature: Store at temperatures not exceeding 30°C.
