Segesic: A Comprehensive Pain Relief Solution
Segesic is a combination medication designed to alleviate severe pain. It contains two active ingredients: celecoxib, which works by blocking substances in the body that cause pain and inflammation, and tramadol, which affects the brain to change how your body feels and responds to pain.
How Segesic Works
Celecoxib, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), helps reduce inflammation and pain. Tramadol, a central nervous system depressant, alters the way your body perceives pain. Together, these components provide effective relief from severe pain.
Dosage and Administration
Segesic is available in 56 mg/44 mg oral tablets. It is essential to take the medication as directed by your healthcare provider. Always store Segesic at room temperature, between 68°F to 77°F (20°C to 25°C), in a cool, dry place.
