How It Works

Onlezol capsule 150mg acts by inhibiting the enzyme lanosterol 14-?-demethylase, which is crucial for converting lanosterol to ergosterol. This disruption leads to the accumulation of 14-?-methyl sterols in fungi, ultimately stunting their growth.

Side Effects

Common side effects include headache, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, skin rash, QT prolongation, alopecia, seizures, and swelling of the face, lips, eyelids, tongue, hands, and feet. If you experience any severe side effects, consult your doctor immediately.

Precautions

Dosage

• Tinea Pedis, Corporis, Cruris, and Candida Infections: 150mg once weekly for 2 to 4 weeks, with some conditions requiring up to 6 weeks of treatment.
• Tinea Versicolor: 300mg once weekly for 2 weeks.
• Onychomycosis: 150mg once weekly, with treatment lasting 3 to 6 months for fingernails and 6 to 12 months for toenails.
